A Rochester doctor is part of a 13-member delegation of health care experts that left for Germany today to learn about that country's health care system.
Dr. Patricia Simmons, a Mayo Clinic pediatrician and a University of Minnesota regent, is a member of the delegation that includes legislators, government officials, academics, providers and consultants who are involved in health care reform efforts.
