Social networking helping family find loved ones in Haiti

After September 11th, people were posting physical pieces of paper near the site of the disaster, looking for loved ones. Nine years later, after the wake of the disaster in Haiti, people are, instead, logging on to social media website's like Facebook or Twitter, hoping to hear something about their loved one…

"I think this really does get at that spirit of what modern technology is about because it creates the connections, it creates the community that is global."
