Woman accused of stealing wallets at Mayo Clinic

A Rochester woman is accused of stealing from Mayo Clinic employees. Police say a worker called security Wednesday afternoon after she found an unfamiliar woman in an office in the Ozmun Building.

Security staff searched Shelly Phipps, 28, and found two wallets on her. Phipps was released, but police later arrested her at home. Investigators say she may be responsible for a spree of similar crimes.
