Rochester woman charged with burglary for wallet thefts in Mayo Clinic offices

A Rochester woman allegedly caught taking a wallet from an office in a Mayo Clinic building told police she steals to get money to buy drugs on the street.

 

Shelly Lynn Phipps, 28, 217 Sixth Ave. N.W. No. 3, is charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, for allegedly entering offices in the Ozmun and Harwick buildings without permission and taking wallets.
