Mayo Clinic has mixed opinions on the bill. Clinic lobbyist Frank Iossi said Mayo Clinic wholeheartedly supports getting rid of the provider tax. The clinic is also eager to support any efforts to extend Medicaid coverage to patients currently being served by the state's General Assistance Medical Care program.
