A start-up biotech company will seek Rochester City Council approval Monday to put a manufacturing facility in the Minnesota Biobusiness Center. The regenerative-medicine company called ReGen Theranostics Inc. plans to use technology developed at Mayo Clinic to grow cell lines for research…
"It's a partnership with Mayo Clinic, not in the sense that we will be using their brand or their name, but we will be licensing their technology," said ReGen president Matt Nelson. A Mayo spokesperson declined comment, saying the deal is not final yet.
