Stress overdose for doctors

A new report from the Mayo Clinic suggests that the pressures on medical residents might affect patient care… "This isn't just a woe is me, look at those doctors complaining about how hard their medical training is," said Dr. Colin West, a general internist who co-directs the Mayo Clinic Department of Medicine Program on Physician Well-Being. "This actually has an impact on what we're providing to patients throughout the health care system."
