Aerobic exercise may reduce dementia risk

Aerobic exercise has long been known to be good for the heart, but scientists said this week that it also may help reduce the risk of dementia.  Mayo Clinic researchers said in a statement that any exercise that gets the heart pumping may also reduce the risk of dementia and slow the condition’s progress once it begins.
