New numbers out show Rochester has one of the fastest growing economies in the country. That's according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis. Out of 366 cities studied, Rochester is ranked as the 14th fastest economy in the nation…"We're working much closer than in the past to make Rochester a destination medical community," said Dr. John Noseworthy, President and CEO of Mayo Clinic. He believes its important Mayo continues to invest in the community. "Mayo Clinic managed itself during the recession and the by-product of that was job security for our employers and when jobs are secure the main employers are doing well there’s a downstream effect in the community," said Noseworthy.
