Heard on the Street: Mayo Clinic's building projects continue to heat up

Though the weather is starting to cool off, Mayo Clinic's local building projects continue to heat up. On Friday, Mother Mayo submitted a development plan to build a more than 83,000-square-foot, two-story warehouse in northwest Rochester… Meanwhile, Mayo is planning a ceremonial groundbreaking event for its proton beam radiation therapy center in downtown Rochester… This is the project received a $100 million donation from Richard O. Jacobson of Iowa — Mayo's largest single donation ever — toward its construction.
