A Mayo Clinic spinoff company that develops products related to stem cell research is raising fresh capital. Rochester, Minnesota-based Mill Creek Life Sciences has been gathering extra money recently to purchase new equipment as it plans its expansion. The company now wants to raise up to $1.5 million, according to its filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
