For likely the last time this season, Twins catcher Joe Mauer addressed the media Monday to discuss his health status and his plans for the upcoming offseason. Mauer said he's still dealing with pneumonia, something that stemmed from an upper respiratory infection in early September. But Mauer was back at Target Field Monday to support his team in the Twins' final three games of the 2011 season… Mauer was diagnosed with pneumonia during a visit to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., one of the nation's top hospitals.
