“Any major growing city must have a vibrant arts community,” said Madeline Scales-Taylor, executive director of the City Kids Art Factory, who retired as community affairs administrator of Mayo Clinic Jacksonville in 2009…Scales-Taylor said City Kids has gotten support from local corporations, including Mayo Clinc, Bank of America and Comcast, and has received grants from the Eartha M.M. White Foundation and the Community Foundation of Jacksonville.
