Mayo Clinic, India group to combine research efforts

Mayo Clinic and India's Council of Scientific and Industrial Research have agreed to combine their research efforts on heart disease, chemical biology, applied genomics and other topics. The two organizations signed an agreement during a ceremony today in the Plummer Library, according to Mayo Clinic statement. Officials and researchers from the CSIR, India's top science and technology organization, were in Rochester for a three-day visit.
