When you run a hospital system that cranks out videos like a TV station, employees come with certain expectations, especially these days. "We kept hearing from people, 'Why wasn't our viewing experience more like YouTube?'" says Jodie Bartz, a digital media producer at Mayo Clinic. All that should change soon.
