Mayowood supporters question transfer agreement

A vote Wednesday on an agreement transferring ownership of Mayowood mansion to Mayo Clinic may be challenged by a group of interested onlookers, who question the speed with which the transaction is taking place. "It should be a matter of transparency and protecting the public trust," said Ted St. Mane, vice president of the Friends of Mayowood and Historic Sites group.
