Mayo Clinic’s Dr. Jim Haemmerle Honored by Donate Life America
Jim Haemmerle, MD, an orthopedic surgeon with Mayo Clinic Health System in Rochester, Minn., will be honored early next year for donating one of his kidneys to a man who he never met, according to a Mayo Clinic news release.
