Lincoln K-8 Choice School has often been celebrated for a zebrafish project that has made science relevant to students… thanks to a $65,000 grant from Lowe's Toolbox for Education, the home improvement firm's nonprofit. Those dollars allowed the school to upgrade the school's Zebrafish Lab, a research classroom created two years ago when Lincoln formed a partnership with Mayo Clinic's department of biochemistry and microbiology.
