A woman gave birth to a healthy baby boy in the bathroom of the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport Sunday afternoon, shortly after stepping off an incoming flight, the Baltimore Sun reported. According to Dr. Roger Harms, obstetrician at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., commercial airline travel is generally safe for pregnant women. But, at about seven months along, some women who are considered at high-risk for preterm labor may be advised not to fly.
