U.S. Army Reserves colonel has begun a pilot project to see if all Army medical reservists should get Mayo Clinic Multidisciplinary Simulation Center training. Col. Walter Franz III, commander of the 945th Forward Surgical Team, said the pilot project's purpose is to determine if simulation training should become a standard part of Army Reserve medical training and makes sense to do at Mayo.
