The Arizona Republic Construction will begin this month on a $182 million facility on the Mayo Clinic Hospital campus in northeast Phoenix that aims to mark a new era in cancer treatment. The facility will house the clinic's proton-beam-therapy program…The first phase of the program is scheduled to open in 2016.
