When it comes to bonding, there remains plenty of disagreement among Republicans…David Senjem is in charge of helping craft the Senate's construction borrowing bill…His committee recently wrapped up a two-day tour of southeastern Minnesota to consider a wide range of bonding proposals, including $35 million to expand Rochester's Mayo Civic Center, $15 million to study a high-speed rail line from Rochester to the Twin Cities and $15 million for a Minnesota Veterans and Emergency Services Museum.
