As many people are getting to work on their new year’s resolution to get healthy, a diet created at the Mayo Clinic is getting some attention. The so called “Mayo Clinic Diet” was ranked as the third most popular diet by the U.S. News and World report. Experts at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire say the diet forces people to realize that the best way to lose weight and keep it off is to change their life style habits…Registered Dietitian Diane Dressel says "So we would have classes to support the book and that would go along the lines of losing one to two pounds per week."
