Rochester Healthy Community Partnership

 A new partnership of nearly 20 community groups is working to improve the health of Rochester's immigrant and refugee population. It's a population that often has a hard time staying healthy while trying to adjust to a new homeland. They call themselves the Rochester Healthy Community Partnership…"The grant from the National Institutes of Health is a total of $1.7 million over five years," Mayo Clinic Physician Irene Sia said.
