From building improvements to roads even helping mother nature. There are many projects across Minnesota that are hoping lawmakers will give them the thumbs up. Governor Mark Dayton will reveal his bonding bill in the morning, which will include nearly $800 million in state funded projects. Some of which could be in our area…Other potential projects include, the Elk Run Highway 52 interchange, the high-speed Zip Rail from Rochester to the Twin Cities, an expansion of the Hormel Institute in Austin, and clean-up of Fountain Lake in Albert Lea.
