Mayo Clinic's vision of "regenerative medicine" may spur economic growth

Rochester is Minnesota's fastest growing community and a world destination for not only health care but also cutting edge medical research. Mayo Clinic is the largest economic engine in Minnesota, generating significant economic growth by bringing visitors to downtown business and creating jobs for some 31-thousand people in Rochester alone…The keynote speaker at the event was Andre Terzic, M.D., Ph.D., the Director of the Mayo Clinic Center for Regenerative Medicine.
