A Mayo Clinic Health System information technology employee installed a camera above a toilet in a unisex bathroom on the medical center’s campus, authorities said. A construction worker using the facility on March 6 spied a pen with a flashing red light in the ceiling where a tile had been removed in a sixth-floor bathroom of the St. Francis Professional Arts Building on South 10th Street, according to La Crosse police reports…Mayo spokesman Rick Thiesse could not comment on the case other than to saying the institution is cooperating with law enforcement.
