A southern Minnesota health system is cutting a program in an effort, they say, to become more cost effective. Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin is ending their home health care service after it started nearly 30 years ago, and that has some patients looking for new care services…“We've really had to look and say, ‘what do we really need to focus our efforts on?” said Diane Twedell, vice president of Mayo Clinic Health System’s southeast Minnesota region.
