Of course, most adults are so active that a daily visit to the gym is nearly impossible. But by joining in a recreational softball game once a week, elders can accomplish their 150 minutes of aerobic exercise in one afternoon. Softball also introduces short bursts of cardio, a regimen often conducted in prominent fitness classes.
