Heartland Health and the Mayo Clinic will announce a formal agreement between the two organizations next week. Marcy George, spokesperson for Heartland, sent an announcement to the media Friday evening, but declined to comment further on the agreement.  Dr. David Hayes, medical director of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, and Dr. Mark Laney, president and CEO of Heartland Health, will be present at the announcement.
