Dan Goldman, Legal Counsel at the Mayo Clinic, has no need to use social media to drive client development. He’s in-house, and yet he still seems to understand it as well as any lawyer possibly could. In his interview with LXBN TV at The Hildebrandt Institute and West LegalEdcenter’s Social and Digital Media for Law Firms Forum, he explains that client development through social media isn’t about direct return on investment (do we have that for the telephone?), but instead relationships and reputation—the way lawyers have always gotten their best work.
