We all know that spending the whole day sitting down isn't good for your health, and now a US doctor believes he's found a healthier alternative - a stand-up desk with a built-in treadmill. Dr James Levine from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota has spent the last ten years walking on a treadmill as he works, because he believes that sitting down all day increases the risk of heart disease.
