Mayo Bathroom Spy Camera Charges Could Be Dropped

Posted on June 26th, 2012 by

A former computer programmer for Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse admitted Monday to hiding a camera in a hospital bathroom but will avoid conviction if he completes community service and stays out of trouble for the next two years. Jeffrey Baylor, 27, pleaded guilty in La Crosse County Circuit Court to invasion of privacy and capturing an image of nudity without consent. Both charges will be dismissed in 2014 if Baylor meets the conditions of a diversion agreement with prosecutors.
