Mayo Clinic Recognized as Center for Regional TB Training

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently recognized the Rochester, Minnesota-based Mayo Clinic as a Regional Tuberculosis Training and Medical Consultation Center. The designation will make the Mayo Clinic responsible for developing new and enhanced training and technical support for public health and medical professionals in an 11-state area, News-Medical.net reports.
