For some the grey winter skies are down-right depressing. "It's got to be getting everybody in Minnesota down, doesn't it?" said a Rochester resident. Making it an even tougher year for anyone coping with Seasonal Affective Disorder. "Especially with the weather we've had lately, it wouldn't stun me to know a few extra folks are struggling this winter," said Mayo Clinic psychiatrist Dr. William Bobo.
