Dodge County comes out against Southern Rail Corridor
Opposition is hardening against a “southern rail corridor” around Rochester. Dodge County is now on record against the proposal. Mayo Clinic has been pushing a southern bypass to divert high speed coal trains from going through the middle of Rochester.
