Mayo Clinic Program Brings Care Information Home

By Kelley Luckstein

As the years go by, it can be harder and harder to keep track of your medical records. When you move, they cansidna-scheitel get scattered or even lost. But Mayo Clinic and Microsoft have teamed up to create a program that guarantees you won't lose those records. Some say it almost feels like having a doctor at home.

"This is a very unique health application. It's really a new, second generation," said Dr. Sidna Tulledge-Scheitel of the Mayo Clinic Health Manager. It is a new and free program launched on the clinic's website that monitors your health when a doctor is not around.

"I have patients with asthma and I might see them, let's say, once or twice a year. The other 363 days of the year, they are on their own," said Tulledge-Scheitel.
