How to prevent holiday heart attacks

Heart disease related deaths jump 5% this time of year at the cost of almost 1,500 deaths each day. In fact, most heart attacks occur Christmas Day, December 26th and New Year Day. Planning, shopping, wrapping, cleaning, cooking, hosting this time of the year raises stress levels.
