Levi Lastine reached for a shampoo bottle while showering, but faltered.
He stumbled out of the shower to the toilet, thinking he might get sick, and called for help to his brother Dillion, 13, in their Eyota home.
"Hey, what's going on?" Dillion asked when he saw Levi, who was 14 at the time.
"I couldn't talk and no breaths were coming out," said Levi, now 15, who was having a stroke, a medical emergency, which causes a lack of blood flow to the brain.
