Once considered the little sister of medical residents' grand rounds, nursing grand rounds have evolved into more than just another opportunity for CE credit… When Mayo Clinic's Dorothy Bell, MS, RN-BC, took over responsibility for what's now her facility's grand rounds program, it was a simple noontime CE event. Building on the success of medical grand rounds, she booked a bigger venue, found clinically intense topics and advertised the programming to all nurses.
