Drug company money on rise for 2 Minn. clinics

The University of Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic each collected more in drug company payments than any individual doctor in the state, prompting concerns about whether payments affect research, according to a newspaper report. The St. Paul Pioneer Press (http://bit.ly/v3gp6T ) looked at data from annual reports to the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy and found the two institutions received about $650,000 between them in 2010.
