Health tip of the day: Shoes don’t tone you up


 Get fit just by wearing shoes. It almost sounds too good to be true. Well, it is. A doctor for the Mayo Clinic writes that despite the claims, there is no convincing evidence that wearing toning shoes will make your legs more toned or cause you to burn extra calories.
