Every year, Fortune Magazine unveils the 100 best companies to work for. For the past nine years, Mayo Clinic has made the list. Besides the obvious perks and benefits, many businesses needed to show something special. At Mayo Clinic, it's the average employees sense of accomplishment that keeps them on the list of best places to work. "All employees you ask here, it's a part of our DNA. All of us are here, because we value the needs of the patient," Dr. Farris Timimi the Director of Medical Social Media explained…they also got a special mention for their work with social media.
