Iraqi President Jalal Talabani is in Rochester this week to see doctors at Mayo Clinic. Mayo Clinic Spokesman Bryan Anderson confirmed this morning that Talabani is here for "routine medical appointments." He arrived in Rochester last week and is expected to leave soon, possibly today.
