As troops prepare to head home over the next few weeks and months, employers have been contacting Workforce Development asking how they can help. Mayo Clinic is one of those employers excited by the skills veterans bring to the table like leadership. Brent Bultema who is part of the Human Resources department at Mayo Clinic says, "They bring a lot of those intangibles to an organization that's otherwise hard to find."
