Good cup? Bad cup? — Debate Swirls Around Coffee

It seems that nobody can decide once and for all whether coffee is good or bad for your health. While some say coffee consumption will stunt your growth, others say it can lead to heart disease and cancer in some people. But recent research indicates that coffee might be getting a bad rap, according to Dr. Donald Hensrud, M.D., an endocrinologist at Mayo Clinic in Rochester and medical editor-in-chief of The New York Times best-seller "The Mayo Clinic Diet."
