We thought it was especially important and timely for Jeff Bolton, Mayo Clinic’s chief administrative officer, to attribute Mayo’s 2018 financial success to the Rochester Post-Bulletin Logoclinic’s staff. Through the installation of and transition to EPIC, mixed in with efforts to innovate in both practices and staffing, 2018 was a trying year for most clinic employees. If not for their dedication and positivity, it could have been a disheartening year. But Bolton was correct when he said Mayo employees rolled with the punches and kept focused on the job at hand: patient care.
