Construction is underway at Mayo Clinic's Health System campus in Austin, Minn. It's part of an $11 million investment to boost its services for patients and staff.  "We have six phases," said Tricia Dahl, the site's operations administrator. "We expect to be done in the year 2020, early 2021." "On the outside, what's most noticeable is the construction on the link building," Dahl said. "That will come out of the hospital portion of the building and create a walkway."
