Mayo fundraising campaign for research exceeds goal

The Campaign for Mayo Clinic has surpassed its $1.25 billion fundraising goal and reached $1.3 billion. “These generous donations are especially impressive considering the challenges everyone is facing in today’s economy,” the clinic wrote to employees. Mayo campaign surpasses $1.2 billion

Mayo Clinic has metaphorically climbed Mount Everest — and kept right on climbing — as the Campaign for Mayo Clinic exceeded its $1.25 billion fundraising goal.
