Zip Rail gets boost despite plans for high-speed river route
Local officials trumpeted their work Friday to begin early planning for a Rochester-Twin Cities high-speed rail corridor, prompted by the announcement earlier this week of the state’s choice of a route for enhanced passenger rail service along the Mississippi River, which left out Rochester.
